The Fontpartners-team have just launched a web-based Tshirt shop. Fontshirts is our idea of crafty / serious / funny use of letters and typography on clothing – primarily Tshirts. The exhibition ‘A, B, See’ is focusing on some of the challenges the designer faces when he is creating a new, modern digital font. But it is not an exhibition intended for specialists. It is meant for everybody who meets and uses digital fonts, whether it is on a computer screen or in the traditional way of a message printed on paper. Thus, we have also chosen to highlight some of the questions the user has to deal with working with type and fonts. The exhibition also shows letters as pieces of art. From 2010.10.16 - 2011.01.23.
